Host Sophie Segreti at her desk the Monday after the USWNT won the World Cup. No work was done during the USWNT games that summer…

Sophie Segreti is a working adult based out of Boston. After spending most waking hours in a pool from middle school on, she swam for a couple years at Washington University in St. Louis where she then graduated in 2016. While Sophie was only ever an amateur swimmer, she is a professional when it comes to social sports. She considers her back-to-back Social Boston Sports kickball league victories as some of her proudest moments. Sophie is liable to tear up, or let’s be honest, fully cry, whenever the following champs are featured in a Nike ad: Megan Rapinoe, Aly Raisman, Natalie Coughlin, and Serena Williams. Full disclosure, it was Julia’s idea to include a motto. So following Julia’s lead, Sophie lives by the phrase “Bring the Noise,” by which she means bringing not only energy and spirit to everything you do, but also straight decibels.

Julia Hostetter is currently a graduating senior at Northeastern University in Boston. She will be moving to Chicago full-time and recently became a Chicago Red Stars season ticket holder (yay women in sports!). Growing up watching SportsCenter every morning before school, she is a fan of any and all sports. Her first video game was NCAA Football 2005 for PS2 and firmly believes that the NCAA Football video game needs to make a comeback. She has played tennis since she could walk and also enjoys golfing, especially if there are adult beverages involved. Her sports role models include Katie Nolan, Sue Bird, Kelley O'Hara and the queen Doris Burke (all hail the queen). Her motto? """You miss 100% of the shots you don't take" - Wayne Gretzky" - Michael Scott."
